Selection and Sourcing of Packaging and Materials

Based on the approved design, we select the most suitable materials for the packaging. Clients may supply their own materials or rely on us to source from trusted suppliers. For example, when it comes to snack products, we prioritize moisture-resistant films; whereas for items that require strong visual impact or are intended for display, we recommend the most appropriate type of paper box packaging

Packaging and Quality Control

When the materials are ready, we proceed with packaging using advanced machinery to ensure high efficiency and precision. To preserve product freshness, each package is flushed with nitrogen gas. Throughout the process, we implement strict quality control measures, including nitrogen leak testing, metal detection, and weight checking. Delivery

After packaging is complete, we manage the entire logistics process to ensure products are delivered safely and on time, whether to the client’s warehouse or directly to retail locations.
